Volumetric Filling Machines
This filling solution, utilizing the container as the measuring device, was pioneered by the founder of T.D. Sawvel. Bearing the trademark Bottom-UP®, this Sawvel exclusive fill process allows the container to be filled from the bottom to the top, eliminating air gaps in the product. Each container is filled to the exact same volume. Most machines equipped with this fill system also feature continuous product flow.
Products: Ice cream, whipped butter, frozen yogurt or any products that do not seek their own level and can be supplied continuously.
