133DP-TT  16 ounce Piston Depositor

Tabletop piston depositor for filling batch type products into a wide variety of containers. For 3 through 16 ounce containers (multi-stroke for larger volumes) Batch produced ice cream, potato salad, cottage cheese, sour cream or similar product that can be pumped with a piston depositor.

Variegators 

Both single and dual flavor models and many drives are in stock.  Creates visual impact and protects flavor purity.  For ice cream, frozen yogurt, processed cheese, oatmeal, muffin mix or similar products that can be supplied continuously.

700-1   Automatic Time Filler

High speed mechanically driven automatic filler.  Can be tooled for 48 ounce through 6 quart. For ice cream, frozen yogurt, whipped butter or similar product that does not seek its own level and can be supplied continuously.

This was originally built in 1997, then brought back to our plant for a rebuild in February of 2008.  It was replaced with a new scale version in November of 2008 and is in excellent running condition.  Currently tooled for Pro-Western's 4 liter container. Call for details

1000-2   Semi-Automatic Filler

Semi-Automatic filler featuring Bottom-Up®” volumetric filling and stainless steel construction.  For ice cream, frozen yogurt, whipped butter or similar product that does not seek its own level and can be supplied continuously.

The customer who is offering this machine for sale on consignment has upgraded to a new PLC version.  It is currently tooled for 3.5 gallon square containers and can be retooled as needed.  This was built in 1986 and was being used until their new machine arrived in May of 2009. Will need to be rebuilt. Call for details

135-PF  Automatic Piston Filler

Automatic rotary piston filler. Can be tooled for 4 ounce through 1/2 gallon round or square-round containers.  Batch produced ice cream, potato salad, cottage cheese, sour cream or similar products that can be pumpled with a piston depositor.

This machine was built in 1993 and has been out of operation.  Will need to be rebuilt.  Call for details
