| Often referred to as “volumetric fill,” piston fillers draw product from a hopper into a cylinder using a piston. The stroke of the piston is adjustable to achieve the exact portion desired. Available individually or integrated with a fully automatic filler, the piston filler allows the operator infinite volume adjustment to achieve exact weights, dependent on the product or cup size being filled.
Products: Batch produced ice cream, yogurt , potato salad, cottage cheese, sour cream or any product that can be pumped with a piston depositor.
Containers Sizes: 1 ounces to 5 gallon
Piston Filler Sizes: .8 ounce to 190 ounces (single stroke)
